Request Appointment

Appointments are scheduled, first come/first served, M-F 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The first 30 minutes only of your initial visit is typically discounted. You may either telephone for an appointment (281-894-6598), or fill out the attached request and e-mail to: Sykes@AttorneySykes.com. We will contact you to either confirm, or offer alternate day/time.

Appointments should be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Your appointment is not scheduled until we confirm availability back via telephone or e-mail. Please contact our office in advance if you need to confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment. No shows without notice might not be rescheduled.
